1. Aceptación
Al marcar la casilla y enviar el formulario en quote.roofingex.com (el «Servicio»), usted acepta estos Términos y Condiciones y la sección de Privacidad de más abajo. Si no está de acuerdo, no use el Servicio.
2. Qué hace el Servicio
QuoteRoof calcula un valor aproximado de un techo metálico a partir de imágenes satelitales de su propiedad y le entrega el resultado por correo electrónico, por mensaje de texto (SMS) y mediante un enlace privado.
3. El estimado no es una oferta
El «Market Price» es un valor aproximado y de mercado, generado por un sistema automatizado con imágenes de terceros. No es una cotización formal, un contrato ni una garantía de precio.
Las imágenes satelitales pueden estar desactualizadas o incompletas y pueden no captar niveles superiores, ampliaciones u otros detalles del techo. El precio final solo se define cuando un especialista de Roofing Experts Services confirma las medidas y usted recibe una propuesta por escrito.
4. Información que usted proporciona
Usted confirma que los datos que ingresa son verdaderos y que el correo y el teléfono son suyos o que está autorizado a usarlos. Usted declara que tiene autoridad para solicitar un estimado de la propiedad indicada.
5. Consentimiento para ser contactado
Al aceptar estos Términos, usted autoriza expresamente a Roofing Experts Services a comunicarse con usted al correo y al número de teléfono que proporcionó, por correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y mensajes de texto (SMS), que pueden enviarse con tecnología automatizada, sobre su estimado y su proyecto de techo, incluyendo:
- el envío de su estimado;
- un mensaje de seguimiento con información de la empresa;
- llamadas o mensajes de un especialista para confirmar las medidas y darle su oferta.
La frecuencia varía: normalmente hasta dos mensajes de texto automatizados por solicitud, más el seguimiento del especialista. Pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos. Este consentimiento no es condición para comprar ningún bien o servicio. Puede cancelar los mensajes de texto en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP; responda HELP para recibir ayuda. También puede pedirnos que dejemos de escribirle por correo o por llamada. Los operadores móviles no son responsables por mensajes retrasados o no entregados.
6. Privacidad
Qué recopilamos: nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico, dirección de la propiedad, número de niveles del techo, información de cómo nos encontró (campaña o anuncio), y la fecha, hora y dirección IP en que aceptó estos Términos.
Para qué la usamos: calcular y entregarle su estimado, contactarle, dar seguimiento comercial, mejorar el Servicio y medir nuestra publicidad.
Con quién la compartimos: no vendemos su información personal y no compartimos su número móvil ni su consentimiento para mensajes con terceros para que lo usen en su propio mercadeo. La compartimos únicamente con proveedores que la procesan por cuenta nuestra para operar el Servicio (sistema de gestión y mensajería de clientes, envío de correo y SMS, alojamiento web, Google Maps Platform para direcciones e imágenes satelitales, y generación de la imagen de simulación con inteligencia artificial) y cuando la ley lo exija.
Cuánto tiempo: el tiempo necesario para los fines anteriores y para cumplir obligaciones legales.
Sus opciones: puede darse de baja de los mensajes de texto (STOP) y de los correos (enlace de baja o escribiéndonos), y puede pedirnos acceso a sus datos o su eliminación llamando al (786) 786-0361.
7. Simulación con inteligencia artificial
La imagen de «su casa con techo metálico» es una ilustración generada con inteligencia artificial. El color, el acabado y los detalles reales pueden ser distintos.
8. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio, su diseño y sus contenidos pertenecen a Roofing Experts Services o a sus licenciantes. Su uso es personal y no comercial.
9. Sin garantías
El Servicio se ofrece «tal cual». No garantizamos que el estimado sea exacto, que el Servicio esté siempre disponible ni que funcione sin interrupciones.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Roofing Experts Services no es responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio o de la confianza en el estimado. Como el Servicio es gratuito, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al máximo que permita la ley de Florida.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida.
12. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La versión y la fecha vigentes aparecen al inicio de esta página; la nueva versión aplica a los usos posteriores.

This service is provided by Roofing Experts Services Inc. (“Roofing Experts Services”, “we”), 17587 Homestead Ave, Miami, FL 33157, phone (786) 786-0361.
1. Acceptance
By checking the box and submitting the form at quote.roofingex.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy section below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
QuoteRoof calculates an approximate value for a metal roof from satellite imagery of your property and delivers the result by email, by text message (SMS) and through a private link.
3. The estimate is not an offer
The “Market Price” is an approximate market value produced by an automated system using third-party imagery. It is not a formal quote, a contract or a price guarantee.
Satellite imagery may be outdated or incomplete and may not capture upper levels, additions or other roof details. The final price is set only after a Roofing Experts Services specialist confirms the measurements and you receive a written proposal.
4. Information you provide
You confirm that the information you enter is true and that the email and phone number are yours or that you are authorized to use them. You represent that you have authority to request an estimate for the property indicated.
5. Consent to be contacted
By accepting these Terms, you expressly authorize Roofing Experts Services to contact you at the email address and phone number you provided by email, phone calls and text messages (SMS), which may be sent using automated technology, about your estimate and your roofing project, including:
- delivery of your estimate;
- a follow-up message with company information;
- calls or messages from a specialist to confirm measurements and give you your offer.
Frequency varies: typically up to two automated text messages per request, plus follow-up from the specialist. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. You may also ask us to stop emailing or calling you. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Privacy
What we collect: name, phone number, email address, property address, number of roof levels, information about how you found us (campaign or ad), and the date, time and IP address at which you accepted these Terms.
How we use it: to calculate and deliver your estimate, contact you, follow up commercially, improve the Service and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Service (customer-management and messaging system, email and SMS delivery, web hosting, Google Maps Platform for addresses and satellite imagery, and AI generation of the simulation image) and when required by law.
How long: as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.
Your choices: you can opt out of text messages (STOP) and emails (unsubscribe link or by contacting us), and you can ask for access to or deletion of your data by calling (786) 786-0361.
7. AI simulation
The image of “your home with a metal roof” is an illustration generated with artificial intelligence. Actual color, finish and details may differ.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its content belong to Roofing Experts Services or its licensors. Use is personal and non-commercial.
9. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the estimate is accurate, that the Service will always be available, or that it will operate without interruption.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofing Experts Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on the estimate. Because the Service is free, our total liability is limited to the maximum permitted by Florida law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and date appear at the top of this page; the new version applies to later use.
